01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GamesPK VIP — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other official channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GamesPK VIP. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that apply to individual offers. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only; in all other respects, these Terms govern.

GamesPK VIP reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

GamesPK VIP is strictly available to players aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.

You are also confirming by registration that:

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You have not previously had an account on GamesPK VIP that was closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a GamesPK VIP employee.

03 Accounts & Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on GamesPK VIP only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated on the duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and accurate payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. GamesPK VIP may require verification of your identity, address, or payment method at any time, and you must cooperate fully with any such verification request.

Account verification — sometimes called KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a standard requirement for withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement as part of this process. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Identity verification documents must be provided when requested.
• Account sharing or transferring your account to another person is not permitted.
• Accounts used to facilitate fraudulent activity will be closed without notice.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All transactions on GamesPK VIP are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and supported mobile wallets. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take a short period to process depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and by your VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect withdrawals within the timeframe published in the FAQ. VIP Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier players benefit from progressively faster withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in your account settings.
• Withdrawals require the account to have completed the standard verification process.
• GamesPK VIP does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side; your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in a refund and possible account review.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to your account within a reasonable time will be refunded to the source account.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with support constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

GamesPK VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL, T20 World Cup, and other major cricket tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the Promotions page, and those specific terms govern how the offer works.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotional offers unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player. Attempting to claim the same bonus through duplicate accounts will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and bonuses voided.
• Promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• VIP cashback is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement. This is a specific feature of the VIP Programme and is distinct from promotional bonuses.
• GamesPK VIP reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been activated by a player, the terms at the time of activation apply.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the conditions set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit on wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

06 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on GamesPK VIP covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and domestic competitions), football, esports, and other international sports. Bets are accepted in PKR and odds are updated in real time. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed. GamesPK VIP does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed in your bet history.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion criteria are met (as defined per sport), bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific rules.
• Obvious errors in odds — for example, odds that are clearly outside the normal range due to a technical error — will be corrected and bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided at GamesPK VIP's discretion.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by match importance, market type, and player VIP tier.
• In-play betting markets close automatically before certain key events within a match. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet has been accepted before these cut-off points.
• PSL and international cricket markets may have specific suspension periods around toss time, rain delays, and DRS reviews. These suspensions are applied automatically and do not constitute an error.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance in PKR immediately after the relevant result is confirmed.

07 Casino Games, Slots & Bingo

GamesPK VIP offers online slots, live casino tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game show tables), and bingo rooms. All games are played in PKR. The following conditions apply to all casino, slots, and bingo activity on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers under controlled conditions. Results are fair and not manipulated by the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per table. These limits are displayed clearly before each game session begins.
• Technical failures during a game session — such as internet disconnection on the player's side — may result in the game round being marked as void if the result cannot be retrieved from the server. Any PKR at stake in a void round will be returned to your balance.
• Bingo rooms have specific ticket prices, prize structures, and room schedules. Tickets purchased for a bingo game are non-refundable once the room has filled or the game has started.
• VIP players from certain tiers and above gain access to exclusive slots jackpot pools, reserved live casino tables, and premium bingo rooms with higher prize pots. Details are set out in the VIP Programme terms.
• All game activity — slots spins, live casino bets, and bingo ticket purchases — contributes to VIP point accumulation at the rates published in the VIP Programme section.

08 VIP Programme

The GamesPK VIP loyalty programme rewards consistent players with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are earned automatically on every PKR wagered across sports betting, slots, live casino, and bingo. Points accumulate toward tier advancement and also unlock specific weekly and monthly benefits.

Key VIP Programme conditions:

• VIP points are earned at different rates depending on the game type. Current earning rates are published on the VIP page.
• Tier advancement is calculated on a rolling 30-day wagering total in PKR. Players who drop below the threshold for their current tier during a review period may be moved to a lower tier.
• VIP cashback is paid as real PKR balance — not bonus credits — and carries no wagering requirement. Cashback rates increase at each tier level.
• Dedicated account managers are available from Gold tier and above. Diamond tier players receive a 24/7 priority VIP host.
• VIP benefits — including faster withdrawals, exclusive rooms, and higher bet limits — are active for the duration of your current tier period.
• VIP points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• GamesPK VIP reserves the right to modify the VIP Programme structure, point earning rates, or tier benefits with reasonable notice published on the platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

GamesPK VIP takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment with a set budget — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts so the platform notifies you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a set number of days to take a break from gaming.
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum period and prevent re-registration during that time. Contact support or visit the Responsible Gaming page to activate.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in a session.

Never chase losses. Never gamble with money needed for essential expenses like rent, bills, or food. 10 Player Conduct

All players are expected to conduct themselves appropriately when using the GamesPK VIP platform, including in live casino chat functions and any community features. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward support staff, dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Making false chargebacks or payment dispute claims in bad faith.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. Any PKR balance, bonus credits, or pending withdrawals on accounts closed for conduct breaches may be voided pending investigation.

11 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your GamesPK VIP account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your password with any other person. GamesPK VIP support staff will never ask for your password — any communication claiming to be from GamesPK VIP and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your GamesPK VIP account that you do not use for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an extra layer of account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have your account locked while the matter is investigated.
• GamesPK VIP accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security precautions.

12 Account Closure

You may close your GamesPK VIP account at any time by contacting support. Any real PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

GamesPK VIP reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if:

• There is reason to believe the account is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and attempts to contact the account holder have been unsuccessful.
• Verification documents have been requested but not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. GamesPK VIP will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder at the registered email address.

13 Limitation of Liability

GamesPK VIP provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• GamesPK VIP is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• GamesPK VIP is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the applicable game, betting, or bonus rules before playing.
• GamesPK VIP is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security as outlined in Section 11.
• In all cases, GamesPK VIP's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the real PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

14 Changes to These Terms

GamesPK VIP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also notify registered players via the email address on their account.

Your continued use of the GamesPK VIP platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining PKR balance.
